Hathaway Homes, Inc. is a Triad based development firm specializing in distinctive multifamily communities and owned by Joe Weiss and Scott Allred. Joe Weiss, president of J. Walton Co., LLC, has developed a number of award winning developments in Greensboro and Winston-Salem and Scott Allred is the owner of Precept Construction, LLC which has built many quality homes in the Triad.
